MSP Integration with Zendesk AND Service Desk + when dealing with multiple customers

So this is a weird question. We use Desktop Central MSP and Service Desk + MSP. My boss saw that Zendesk can utilize Manage Engine via integration. We are not interested changing to Zendesk, rather we have a client who is in our Desktop Central MSP but uses Zendesk for their ticketing system. The problem is we have many customers who are in our Desktop Central MSP (say, client 1, client 2, client 3, client 4) and we are in the process of merging everything with Service Desk + MSP. But my boss wants to offer the client who uses Zendesk access to Manage Engine integration, but only for their computers (as in, not showing client 1, client 2, client 3's computers or information). Is that possible? We also only have one technician license for MSP (I'm the sole administrator for Manage Engine Desktop Central MSP at our company) - will there need to be a separate license to limit the integration into Zendesk for just that client's computers?
