MSP Edition Probe Installation Problem
Hi there,
We are in the process of evaluating the MSP Edition of Opmanager and we have installed the Central Server OK.
However when we install the Probe at a remote site we having problems.
The probe is installed on a Windows 2003 Standard Server with Service Pack 1.
IIS is installed.
I have tried numerous suggestions as provided through your forums but have had no success with getting the software to run.
Both the windows services start and continue to run. We are however receiving an "Internal Server Error" when loading the Web Client.
Attached is the mod_jk.log from the Probe as it appears there are issues with Tomcat starting or running.
Can you please have a look and advise possible suggestions. We would love to get this software working to start utlising it for our clients.
