MSP Edition Price question

the price of the actual version for the msp edition is 4995 Dollar, with no aditional costs, just the 995 Dollar for maintenance, the Servicedesk and MSSQL Monitoring is included in that price????...sometimes i dont really unterstand...the price list says just 4995 $ and in the text you talk about some smart addons...but do they cost something????
