MSP Edition - Outlook integration

We are an IT company looking for both a network management solution and a helpdesk system to serve our customers better. I�m interested in OpManager MSP and ServiceDesk MSP or SupportDesk(?).
Are there any Outlook/Exchange integration in these products? We work today with MS mobile devices and ActiveSync.
if so, can a technican create a new ticket from the mobile device? Maybe a WAP page?
