I�m interested in Opmanager MSP Edition, to serve our customers better. But I want the ability to integrate with CustomerSupport, like the normal opmanager integrates with ServiceDesk. Is this under development?
Also, It would be nice to have some more information about desktops from Opmanager MSP Edition. Not so much as from Servicedesk, but information about specification, OS, servicepack, BIOS info, RAM modules would be very nice.
Also, if I have 10 customers with same internal IP subnet. Would this be a problem, regarding opmanager MSP and probes?
