MSP 6003 Released

OpManager MSP 6003 is released. You can download and try it from here - http://msp.opmanager.com . Many thanks to our BETA testers and active partners.

We believe we have simplified a lot of integration for our MSPs with this release. It sports the following:
- an integrated ticketing module which automatically generates a ticket whenever a device goes down (condition cofigurable)
- a patch management module for MSPs to automatically patch servers and identify key vulnerabilities
- an inventory module that produces audit reports with hardware and software details across a full customer network.

All these functions are available as smart ADD-ONs so that you may buy ticket, security, inventory separately.

NOTE: Existing customers, we request your co-operation in migrating to 6003. Please email mspsupport at opmanager dot com about your migration and let a support engineer email you the steps to be taken. Based on what ADD-ON you wish to buy, the migration procedure varies.
