MSDE Problem - sqlservr is at 100% CPU charge

Hello, I'm testing a ServiceDesk Plus v6, and I decided to put on a VMC with a P4 3Ghz and with 1Gb Virtual Ram. I installed over a XP SP2 with all the critical updates and .net 1.1 and 2.0 then I installed for supporting the DB a MSDE SP4.
Then I installed SD. Configured it over the MSDE no problem.
The problem began when I started the SD service.
My SQL service task went crazy, eating all my CPU resources, and it's allways on 100%... 99% ~ 98% ... 100%... and so one.

Then I thing that could be a problem with the engine of SQL 2000 and I tried with SQL Express 2005 SP2, but with that I had so many problems with connecting to the engine that I give up.

After that I think this could be a problem with the VMC. Then I installed it on a fisical P4 3.2 HT, only with 512M of Ram. But with the same installation with MSDE the sqlservice went again completly crazy eating allmost 60~80% of the CPU resource.

I know this is a new feature for v6, but there's something wrong when SD connects to SQL.

Can you help with this topic? Give any clues about what I can do or if there's some kind of patch to fix this?

After a day or two I notice that the two taks eating my CPU is allways sqlservr and java.

If installed the latest java version could help something?

Thanks :)

PS: I also tried with MYSQL than came with your package and the machine not even looked the same. (0~2% CPU).
