MS SQL Monitor - Cache Hit Ratio always 0.
I have the Cache Hit Ratio monitor for SQL server setup and it's always displaying as 0. If I use perfmon on that server I can see that I'm hovering around 99%. All the other SQL Monitors seem to work just fine.
