MS SQL job failure Error: How do I get the message associated with that failure

Hello people,

In App Manager I would like when a SQL job fails the email alert sent has the actual reason the job failed. This is stored with in the execution message of the job.  For example if a job fails due to disk space it would be nice to know that via my email alert.
