MS SQL Buffer Hit Ratio above 100%
I have two SQL Server monitors setup for MS SQL 2005 on different Win 2003 servers and I noticed that the Buffer Hit Ratio sometimes goes above 100% I checked the documentation and it did not give any explanation for this:
Both servers have shown values above 100%, and in one instance it was listed as 136%. The daily averages are often even above 100% (See attached). Does this mean anything or is it a bug in the monitor?
