i have recently moved my OpManagerDB over to MSSQL 2000 and want to start running reports from there for ourIT Operational dashboard and quarterly KPI reports, our KPI's are linked to the following adventnet software so i would like to report from a single point with a custom report:

 

1. Servicedesk SLA's, calls closed, SLA breached, Assets, licencing etc

2. netflow related usage reports

3. opmanager related reports.

 

what i would like to know is from which tables can i select the required information or could you supply me with a DB diagram(like servicedesk does) so that i can integrate all the information into a single report.

 

i would like to do the same for netflow but will post a new item in the netflow forum
