MS SQL, No Databases Listed?
At the weekend we detached and re-attached a couple of databases on one database server. We also installed microsoft critical updates. After this I noticed one or two databases mounted on that server where not monitored in op-manager so I clicked "Select Databases to Monitor" and nothing was listed. I also checked a second database server and this is also now showing no databases in the "Select Databases to Monitor" list. Those that where previously added are still there but all database counters show N/A.
The server did drop a couple of domain based users when the first database was detached, including the one opmanager uses but we have re-added those and can view the list of databases with that user ID through SQL Server management studio.
I have removed and re-added the server twice and changed the opmanager login details to no avail. I also installed opmanager SP2 in case that would help.
Now I'm a bit stuck, please help!
