I start to test the App Manager to connect to our testing MQ server but fail.

It always said “Monitor is down .Couldn't establish connection.”  But if telnet the port from AppManager Server to testing MQ server is ok.  The pre-requisite of jar is imported and the server said they are ok.

The App Manager 9.x is running on a Centos Box while the MQ is on windows. I am not sure it caused the issue or not.
