Moving to different server

Hi everyone
Ive been trying to migrate OpManager to a different server without much luck. The new server has a different name and different IP address.

Been following information from here:

Ive installed OpManager on the new server and then have tried copying these folders
-OpManager\mysql\data
-OpManager\users

OpManagers web logon page comes up but i cant log in, either as the old user accounts or Admin/Admin.

If i try and copy OpManager\conf, then everything breaks no webpage either.

Is there any set method to follow to ensure OpManager can be moved to a new server?
