Moving SupportCenter
Hi Guys,
We have installed supportcenter on our remote hosted web server, as a recent power outage at the office caused us problems. I have installed the latest trial version from the web, and applied our licence.
When I start the server, it gets half way along with the progress bar, disappears and then the SC icon appears in the system tray. Go to click it and it also disappears.
Any ideas anyone??
