Hello,
I just wanted to confirm the steps to take if we were to move the SD MS SQL database to a different drive on the same server (e.g. from D drive to F drive)..
1. Stop the Service Desk Application
2. Take backup of the application (Run ServiceDeskHome]\bin\backupData.bat)
3. Move the SQL Database to new location on the server
4. Run ServiceDeskHome]\bin\changeDBserver.bat to point SD to the new location of the SQL Database
5. Start the Service Desk Application & confirm login and data are OK.
6. If data is lost, restore from backup taken in step 2.
Is there anything else that needs to be done?
