Good Morning,

I have a server running ServiceDesk 14.2 build 14201.  Ther are some serious issues with this server preventing me from upgrading the software.  It's also preventing backups from working.  I need to know how to copy the active database from one server to another.  I can restore an earlier database to get close to where I am now, but I cannot loose the interim tickets.  Where is the database held?  what else, other than the database do I need to copy from the old to new server to bring it up to date?
