moving OpManger to New Server

I have upgraded the Opmanger from 7102 to 7200 so this will match with new Opmanager on new server W2K3 same as above
I had no problem mowing all the data, setting,passwords,techos, users and configuration from old server on to the new server for service desk plus

I have run BackupDB.bat and this was successfully create a file BackUp_AUG15_2008_22_47_09_7200.Zip old server
When I try to run a restore RestoreDB.bat it failed, the error code was

"usage : RestoreBackup.sh [backup file]"
The system cannot find the path specified

And finaly I try to user the same license key for OpManager error code 500
When we renew our licence for 2009 there was no issues in OpManager
one license key for opmanager and serevicedesk

After restart the OpManager and checked this is trial and will expire in xxx days
I have already installed the license on serverdesk +

Any suggestion to fix opmanager would be very grateful
