moving OpManager front end to a new server

Hi,

We're in the process of decommissioning a server that OpManager's front end is currently running on. The MSSQL database that it connects to will stay on the same separate server as it is presently.

I've installed OpManager with the same version/build on our new server but when I try to enter the host name and login details of the existing MSSQL DB it says it already exists; so presumably the wizard is trying to create a new database from scratch.

I've searched around the forums and found plenty of help regarding moving a MySQL DB to MSSQL and MySQL to MySQL on a different server, but nothing for my situation of trying modify a new OpManager installation to use an existing MSSQL database.

Any help would be much appreciated.
