We have 13k tickets, attachments etc, the restore of the backup file was successful and I can start the app with sudo sh run.sh but I am now unable to access the Web UI.
I tried with Ubuntu Desktop and Ubuntu Server.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Build 14600 (which is the last that is working on Windows 10 Pro), upgrading no longer works and so I decided to move to Ubuntu.
I installed the same build version on Ubuntu and both are using PostgreSQL.
There are no error messages; the browser simply displays "can't connect" as if the server was down.
Not sure why the restore duration says 98 seconds, as it took 5-10 minutes.
Edit: I tried migrating to Windows Server 2019 VM, and it was successful. Upgraded to 14630, including PostgreSQL 11.7(?) to 15.2, all good. Then I tried taking a full backup and then restoring it in Ubuntu Desktop & Server. The restore was successful, but again I have no access to the Web UI.
