Moving ADAudit from 32-bit server to 64-bit server

Moving ADAudit from 32-bit server to 64-bit server

I found some instructions that say to just copy the entire ADAudit folder to the new location. However the old server is Windows 2003 32-bit and the new server is 2012 R2 64-bit.

How can I migrate my database to the 64-bit server?
