Moveing Tech's from requesters.
So right now I have a few tech's, that are not on the domain
I have SSO setup now, and would like to add the corrasponding requester and merge them into the tech account that is already created
for example
John Smith is a requester, with the ID of john.smith, but I have a Tech for him that is just John
Is there a way to get John.smith to be a tech without loosing all the tickets assigned to John?
