We have thousand of user in Servicedesk Plus, now we have beginning changing Active Directory server.
That means new username and new mailadresser for all user.
If I do a standard ldap sync all users loose there old and current cases.
The sync must work like: OLD Username to NEW Username and NEW Domain.
Changing all users by hand is way to much work.
Can I fix this direct in database? if I look at table AaaLogin I see username and domain.
That is all I want to change right now, but changing this table does not work. Perhaps the table is cached.
Is there a solution for this?
