Move from Professional to Enterprise(ITIL)
We are getting ready to move from the Professional verion of Service Desk to the Enterprise (ITIL) and I have several questions.
- We want to keep our old data, do we just do a backup and restore to bring the data in?
- Is there anything we should watch out for because of the conversion?
