So my case is . i have old manage engine system monitoring OPManager the application build number 12.4.196 and database mssqslserver 2008 SP2 name is OPManagerDB in different server with application.

i already build application in new server with build number 12.8.317 and database mssql server 2019 version . can i move just database backup and restore from old to new server? 
because when i try this method not working
