Morning Slowness

Anyone else seeing absurd levels of slowness in the morning? We've seen it off and on for a few weeks, but this morning it was so bad the site was completely inaccessible for 15 minutes. It is up now, but moving painfully slow. It takes several minutes for a ticket to open, and any clicks inside the ticket (such as adding a worklog) take just as long. It is not an internet issue as our team is scattered across the US, and the only site we're having issues with is SDP.

Is there a status page we can check to see if there are any outages or the like? We tried to start a chat but all technicians were busy so I assume the issue was service-wide.
