We need to generate reports (for SLA purposes) for this kind of time windows:

We are asked to generate for our customers such SLA reports to cover periods of 1, 3 and 6 months, and one year.

 

This appears to be currently impossible (except #2).

 

This additional flexibility could be implemented by extending the options available from the "Edit report" menu. There is also a need to create a user-maintained holiday table, possibly - at some later point - in the form of a calender where the user marks the holidays in advance.
