More e-mail adresses or separation of request types
Hi there,
We're quite pleased with ServiceDesk Plus in our IT Department. Our genereal Facility Services would also like to use the same application for general non-IT service requests. How can we separate the incoming service requests?
For instance:
2. Mails with subject "Facility" at the start automatically notify technician C and all others notify technicians A+B.
