More customisation

We are very interested in your tool and we have been testing for a week now.
Nevertheless we are facing a number of difficulties that are crucial to us:
- on the request edition interface, there are no template emails that we can customise according to our needs. This is a fondamental option for us, as it proves very useful in accelerating and automating our processing of redundant emails.
- for the emails, there is no variable field including the sender's email, which is essential when forwarding emails: the Contact Name variable does not display any useful information in order to contact the original sender of the email.
- it is impossible (although understandable for a tool mainly meant for creating "requests") to create emails that wouldn't be linked to a request, as in a regular Outlook type email service.
