Monthly KPI Report
Hi
I need to provide monthly KPI's to the business and need a single summary reports that gives me the following:
Calls Opened
Calls Closed
Calls closed within SLA
Calls not met SLA
Number of open calls rolling over
I can get some of this through existing reports but not sure how to get the ones that relate to SLA's.
I would be greatfull if someone could provide me with the query that will generate this in a single report.
