Monitors Category missing based on Device Templates

In order to properly manage all my servers i have created 2 Server templates (Servers Dell and Servers HP) including standard monitoring (CPU, Memory, Disk Utilization, etc.) adding particular monitors for the vendor hardware.
I just discovered that in the dashboard of these servers i'm missing some category of monitors:
- Windows Service Monitors;
- File Monitors;
- Folder Monitors;
How can i add the Windows Service Monitors category so i can add the monitoring of specific services?
