Monitoring Windows Services
Hi,
We want to monitor a specific windows service on one of our servers in a specific way.
First, do I use "Service Monitoring" under the Services Group or would I want to use "Windows" under the Servers Group?
Second, the way the service works is that it restarts itself automatically every 3 minutes. We would like to, if possible, setup a monitor that monitors the service but does not alert us unless it has been down for 20 minutes.
I'm pretty sure the first question will be possible, but I am unsure if AppManager can handle the 2nd part?
