Hello, 

We are trying to monitor through SNMP the Uplink and Downlink capacity of a Ubiquiti device but when we test the OID to add it it gives us the following error:

"No reponse from the device. Check if the device is avaliable or not."

The device is accessible through ping and using nmap we can see that the port SNMP is open. What could be causing this?
