Monitoring ServiceDesk
We'd like to use OpManager to monitor our ServiceDesk Plus system. Specifically some of the internal pages.
I have tried passing the parameters extUsername and extPassword in the URL monitor but it does not return the internal page.
How can I monitor a specific url in ServiceDesk?
