Monitoring/Reporting for certain hours

We're currently evaluating Applications Manager, but would like to be able to report availability and response times during certain hours on a daily basis (ie. 8am to 8pm M-F). In particular we're monitoring a series of Tomcat servers, but only offer availability during specifed contractual hours.

Because the servers are stopped at certain times each day (when the underlying host systems on which they rely are down) the reporting actually reflects lower than 100% availability. If measured during the contractual hours this would be 100%. Is this possible?
