Monitoring NIC Teams?

Monitoring NIC Teams?

What I am trying to do is monitor the NICs within an NIC team on an HP server. Pretty much all I want in to be notified if one of the NICs fails or loses connection.

Ufortunately I see now way that this can be done, or am I just blind?
