Need help in OPManager. Is there a way to check why monitoring in OPManager is not that accurate?

With some servers enrolled in OPManager, we've been receiving alerts regarding free disk space of certain drives & other utilizations such as disk & memory, but upon checking the server itself the disk space is still big & the utilizations are not that high.

 

Hoping you could help me with this one. And by the way, is it advisable to upgrade the version of OPManager? I'm currently using version 7.
