Monitoring IBM as400 resources

Hi

I have an IBM as400 server with OS/400 V5R3M0. I want to be monitored by OpManager.
I have the idea that i can achieve this with a telnet monitor, to open the server CLI, execute a command and then OpManager parses the result of the command and saves it to the OpManager Database just to be presented in the application.

Also i think i must update the hostresource.xml file where i need to write this commands, and the parsing method.

But i have not found these commands for doing this.
Do you know these commands and how are presented for implement this monitoring in OpManager? I need to monitor CPU, Memory and HDD
