Monitoring firewalls

Does anyone have experience monitoring Symantec Velociraptors? These do not support SNMP gets but do send traps. I have several sites I would like to monitor but my two NOCs have raptors. I suppose I could monitor the routers, but my private addresses are all NATed or VPNed so I wouldn't get much useful info.
