Monitoring devices from other networks
Hello all,
I'm new to opmanager and I'm testing it. I'm monitoring about 20 servers from my local network, 10 switches and 4 firewalls. All is working fine except the devices that are in the branch offices. I can discover them succesfully but I cannot monitor at all, for example the windows server 2003 servers that are in the branch offices. I can discover them but I can't monitor the disk partitions for example. I only have this problem with that devices. All devices in my local network are monitored fine.
Somebody can help me?
