Monitoring Cisco Router - Device Status not changing

Howdy,

We are just about done with our evaluation of OpManager and I'd like to say it's impressed us. Nice piece of software and does a great job.

We currently have a small problem though. We have a series of Cisco 1760 routers that we are monitoring, during the initial interface discovery process it detected several interfaces that are of course 'virtual' and not being used. It then flagged these as down at the next update which was correct.

I cleared the alarms, and then removed those interfaces, however the device is still showing a "Device Status - Attention". I clicked on the "Update Status" as well and still no change. Checked All alarms to make sure and tried Update Status again.

It would appear that there is nothing I can do to get the Device Status back to "Clear".

Any suggestions?
