Monitoring AIX Servers

I'm trying to monitor AIX servers through SSH. The issue that our AIX administrators has disabled direct access of ROOT user to the server. Normal user has to login and then switch to root user.
So, what is the best approach to monitoy AIX (Mem, CPU, File System utilization) in such scenario? Some of the monitors require to have root access such as Mem utilization.
