We are currently using OpManager 7 & are in the process of evaluating OpManager 8 (build 8025) for Windows server monitoring.

In addition to CPU, disk & memory utilization, we are trying to monitor some additional parameters like Disk Queue Length, Memory monitors (Pages per Second & Page Faults) & Processor monitors (Processor time & Idle Time). We are able to monitor CPU Utilization, Disk Utilization & Memory Utilization, however the other additional monitors mentioned above do not seem to be working or fetching any results.

When we do the SNMP & WMI credential testing from the device snapshot page, it shows as successful. But when I try to test any of the non-working monitors by running "Test Monitor", it throws an error "The Monitor did not respond to the test request" (screenshots attached). There are about 40 servers being monitored for this evaluation & we are facing the same problem for all these servers.

Do we need to do any additional configuration to be able to monitor these parameters or is this is a bug /limitation with the OpManager application? If it's a bug, is there a fix for the same?
