Monitoring a custom event log for events.

Build 7100 of opmanager and running great. Great product.
My question is, we have a server called EmailXtender. This product logs events to an event log that it created called OTG. It is viewable just like the application, security and system event logs on the system.
When something is wrong, the product will only write the events to the OTG log.
Is there a way for me to create alerts on this custom event log?
