I've migrated my alerts, monitors, and actions etc. from a proof of concept environment to our new TQA environment. For some reason, my email actions do not show the name of the monitorgroup in the subject of the email. 

This is how I have my subject written:

$MONITORGROUP Alarm from the Applications Manager  --  $MONITORNAME $SEVERITY

In the old environment it works fine but in the new environment it doesn't work and comes out like this:

$MONITORGROUP Alarm from the Applications Manager  --  Data Services / BO4 Down - [ Data Services / BO4 is down ]

Any ideas?
