Monitor to Test Port Availability?
I have a testing application that runs in the evening and uses port 1099. During system startup, on a Windows XP system, sometimes this port is used by another application/service/whatever and is not available when my test app starts. How do I test for the port already being in use? Or test for the port being "available"?
