monitor MSSQL on a different port

monitor MSSQL on a different port

I have MSSQL running on ports other than 1433, how do I configure the service to monitor SQL on those ports?

I have OpManager running with MySQL, so please don't confuse this question with installing OpManager or changing OpManager to use MSSQL.
