Monitor Internet availability?
We run OpManager MSP edition and we have a client who is having issues with internet/VPN connections dropping. It isn't enough to result in a probe down error, but they lose enough packets that their remote access and site-to-site VPN connections drop.
Is there any way we can leverage their probe our our central server to monitor their internet uptime (ping test every second to a few different ip addresses on different tier 1 providers). Their firewall and router interfaces are error-free, so we know there are no local network issues.
