Monitor group status and dependencies

Since migration of application manager to 8.6 version, the abnormal behavior is the following :
Normally severity for health of Monitor group Depends on any "1" selected parameter.
So when a monitor has a critical status, Monitor group status become critical and genrates an em-ail action.
But in this case, when 3 monitors failed, monitor group generates 3 e-amil actions.
However there is a normal behavior when status of monitors return to clear state : monitor group generates only
one e-amil action.
