Monitor Exchange 2003 with OpManager 5.6 N/A status

I'm using the product OpManager 5.6 Trial version for test the monitoring of Exchange 2003 with WMI, but I have a problem.
When I monitor a ressource with WMI, for exemple the utilisation of memory that function correctly, but if I monitor Exchange 2000/2003 (WMI) application all the things are in N/A mode. I have put the correct domain and user with the correct password.
I don't unterstand this problem...
